OMG EA, you hit the hammer to the nail perfectly with….I don’t want to be a burden and all I want to do is help anyone who need’s it. It’s funny how I watched this video the day after I thought That I was having a mental break down. My son visited me yester telling me that I need to stop helping others and help myself to be happier. That I need to stop being concerned so much with pleasing others and concentrate on me. I have been contacted by a being at the age of five years. Once it realized I was terrified it stopped coming. But I have never felt that I belong here. I truly believe that I come from some place in space. I have tried meditation but I can’t get anywhere. I have many UFOs I have talked to them but they never talk to me? Thank you. I was able to focus on symptoms of relief after writing them all down and saying the remedies aloud to myself. I avoided 1 or two I had trouble with in the past. Ummm. My shared experience is a tough one. I’ll stay open to express on one of the communities. But dreaming was 4-5 per night. All interesting dreams. I feel blessed to have the knowledge to focus on one. Coffee and chocolate for sure. And protein snacks. Mmmm agreeable for sure. Once again. T.y so so so much.

Kate has not been able to move on but what mother could? She has to be a light worker who had no idea what she was dealing with. I have been with EA for about 2 years now. It’s always interesting to me when I’m going through something and then info I need pops up on her Monday videos.
I currently have sinus/allergy/headaches/ and a rash o face and chest. I’m getting very strange thoughts in my head from out of nowhere. Like me being killed or I’m killing someone. Kate update, crossing over people is not my ability but working with higher-self is. I called on Kate higher-self and asked her if I can help, it took me to the part of the soul that hasn’t moved on. It was located in a very low/dark area. From there we moved her higher(in a brighter level, but she was not able to go much higher) she was not ready to move on. I brought her 3 kids higher-selves to her and they had some kind of conversation (I was not part of it). After the kids higher-selves left, she was able to merge with her higher-self and left. I hope that means that she crossed over.
Can you please 🙏 check on her and confirm this, I would deeply appreciate it.
Eclipse update: I don’t get any warnings about it, sun and earth activity is my strongest ability and work I do. It could be that whatever is coming should happen or the change is of the positive impact. Only those that would have difficulty raising their inner light (excepting the progress) will be affected negatively. And this video gives the perfect tools how to do that.
As of symptoms: the pressure from metaphorically light around us is increasing, we have to work harder to balance the inner pressure/the light we hold with the outside pressure. I have been feeling as if I am not holding my normal amount of light and I had to do multiple days in a row exercise to recharge.
