ive been feeling off (eclipse, full moon, solar flares and i think mother nature visiting me) its currently april 25 & my birthday is in 3 days… i drank pre workout and spent a long time trying to convince my human to go workout but everything in my soul told me to catch up on EA so Im doing just that..

omfg my sleep is non-existence over March (especially the last week of this month)! so much trauma release (childhood repressed memories coming up), so much anxiety, so much stiffness in neck and soreness and discomfort in hips and legs (like if I don’t constantly roll from side to side or uncross-cross my legs throughout the day, I feel like they are going to snap/break!) And WTF is with the sudden onset of sadness just hitting me at rando times throughout the day. Feel like a magnet for global human pain and suffering on a level I have never felt until now. Thank you for showing me (and this community) that we are not alone xxx
