Is substance abuse disorder (alcohol and drug addiction) a reptilian agenda? Do other beings in physical realms have this issue? Since we have not found a real answer to this growing problem in our society and those afflicted with this disorder are mostly incapable of raising their vibration to escape the addictions, does the GFL have any suggestions as how to address this problem?
