Could we receive instructions, how to transcend into 5D by addressing things we need to change/upgrade within us that we could practice, things that may be holding us back, so we can manifest whatever we may desire that is not only good for us, but for everyone else affected by such changes. To be lead towards manifesting very simple things, events, etc at first, that we already know quite well, and could practice becoming one within all, creating from the etheric void where anything can exist U know like step by step instructions as if we were taking a course. ??
