Never having any experience in any category covered by your posts, just having followed books articles, classes and studying ACIM. Believing in Aliens for 60 years. Not being aware of any exceptional ability. Why do I feel there is something I’m missing? Lol
I’m actually repulsed by things like meditation or doing exercises to grow and yet I want to grow. Actually I feel like I’ve left something important behind. I shake my fist at the universe (actual) and long for connection. It’s like I feel abandoned and am angry at those who have abandoned me. Especially here, in this God forsaken ego centric 3D non existing place.

Lyn, it’s like I’m Eisenstein (laughing) and being asked to be doing first grade math. Not one day but every day and not being told why. Yes there is a reason. A psychic once told me she couldn’t read me because I’m double bound lol. What’s that. Thank you though. I appreciate your reply. Look I’m 80 and will know why soon enough.

Have you tried meditation? What is it you don't like, as I'm sure someone here may have some advice on what may help you. I used to find meditation very difficult. One of the most helpful things I found was a Michael Singer book 'The untethered soul' and this helped me detach from the noisy voice and never ending thoughts inside my head. And also 'Breaking the habit of being yourself' by Dr Joe Dispenza

I think you just activated your healing process 🙂 , you are at the beginning of the road. And no you don't have to meditate if you don't like to, you just have to find what quiets your mind ( it could be cooking, listening to music, or playing tennis, that's active meditation and it's OK too ! )

I do, most "patients" report a quick burst in joy and energy after a session, that's still something that amazes me every time.
