Are all starseeds destined to experience a kundalini awakening?

I just read some about it, it does sound pretty intense jeez..ha   Like I don't know if I want it either. Maybe we can awaken it ourselves so we have the control and can ease into it so it doesn't just pop open one day like a cork and freak us right the hell out..ha   Just an idea. 

@rainyangel You might be right! Maybe the experiences were so bad because they were unexpected. I'll look more into self-induced kundalini awakenings 😊 Fingers crossed that there is a way to make this easier, if it is going to happen!

I've had a look and there are some mixed results. It's believed that the experience could be quite painful if you are either completely unaware or if you are really aware and you are engaging in risky spiritual practises/engaging in practices, for too many hours of the day.
It's apparently possible to have a smoother awakening, especially if you are taking a gradual approach to it, yourself.
I've also read that it could be related to past lives and that some people sign up for a difficult kundalini awakening, to clear karma!

so... did anybody experience this energy work? I know there are some experts out there who offer 1 on 1 sessions.

I experienced one yesterday!! I felt an intense warmth in my body, it was not pleasant,  but I was able to go thru it. If I didn’t know what was happening I for sure would’ve gone to see a doctor.
