So in 2022 I fell asleep one night...was asleep for probably 20 minutes and got woken up because I thought an earthquake was happening.
My bed was shaking...I was shaking....my comforter was shaking. I looked over at my nightstand and noticed it wasn't moving so I put my hand on it to make sure. Yup, was completely still.
About a week later, I was talking to a woman in a hoodoo shop and told her what was happening, because it continued the rest of the week when I was trying to fall asleep. She said "did you ever stop to think the energy was coming from your body?"
She was completely right because this happens every night when I'm drifting into sleep. It's like I get relaxed enough and this vibration comes from either my solar plexus or my sacral Chakra and it's so noticeable that it shakes my entire bed.
Has anyone else been having this experience? No one can really explain to me what has been going on.

Most times I listen to activations my body vibrates.before going to sleep clear your mind focus say out loud or in your mind I release any residual energy for the highest good of all involved.also could be something called vibration anxiety. When this first happened most likely freaked you out. Mostly I think your body is trying to raise it's vibration on a molecular cellular level
