Nearly everyone has emotional baggage and as they are going through the ascension process the emotions are flaring and activating. Yet I don't hear a lot about needing to deal with and clear the emotions. Nor how to go about clearing the emotions. I know quantum healing heals much faster than the old way. Is there a technique or way to clear the old baggage - like being raped, robbed, emotionally abused, etc?
