Vision (eye sight) upgrades im the physical body, especially for light workers.

this is not exactly in the form of a question. but I definitely have eyesight problems, including cataracts. I could definitely use some vision upgrades!! yes please!!

@suecockrell The upgrades concern more the opening of our 3rd eye. However, as all chakra's are being opened, think of your hand chakra's and the healing capabilities. Do this a few times a day: Rub your hands for abt 20 seconds. If the fingers feel tingling, proceed. Place your hands as a cup over the eyes. Close it off so that no light can come in. Hold this for 8 breaths. Now you begin to heal yourself.

For the cataracts you have to perform some shadow work. Cataracts are a symptom (not illness) of the eye because you miss a dear one in your life. Who disappeared, which loved person do you really miss? The eye only wants to strengthen the lens so the eye will be helped to search better. But the person is not around anymore. Go inside, remember your lost loved ones and the emotions this trauma gave you. Relive and heal them. This us in short Shadow Work. EA has some vids about it. After the loved persons you've been missing, proceed with old colleagues, old work buildings, pets, cars... etc Good luck! 💕

thank you @lighthealer_arkie. good suggestions. I have not heard of the idea of cataracts being associated with sadness. I'm going to work on this one!! I already do palming but rather sporadically, so perhaps all remember to do it more!! ❤️🦄🎆

It's Natures reaction, evolutionary driven. The eye thinks for himself. I can't see {the loved one} i have to alter the lens to enhance the vision. Literally. It's a rebuilding with extra cells. 

Support with Euphrasia, vitamins A and D3, blue berries, carrot juice. Massages of the acupuncture points around the eyes. But most important is the Shadow work. All and all it can take months.
