How do you stay grounded and connected during times of change and uncertainty?

Try not to let the monkey mind take over your thoughts. Meditate, opening your heart, loving yourself and truth. Life is great and sometimes it sucks. Always remember you are perfect the way you are. Learn and grow through your life. Peace 🙏❤️🪽

@chinchin Yeah, that is hard. Four things that have helped me:

1. Meditation/breath
2. Think and focus on your root chakra (take your state of presence to your tailbone; envision red).
3. Grounding and trying to take walks in nature, especially water and trees. Earthing your feet for 15 min. 
4. Envision roots coming from the bottoms of your feed growing into the earth, sprouting in every direction, grounding and anchoring to Mother Earth.
