I forgot to mention the large orbs of energy that come all over my home.

I have filmed them on my iPhone,it’s intelligent as when I ask them to come they do.

you can only see them in the dark and from a nanny cam also.

I have so much footage of film it’s incredible.

A new age type church I used to attend, well the owner there experienced seeing a holographic type of image of an ET from the federation? I think she said. Still not caught up on how all the galactic federations or whatever work like or what their names are, but an ET from some sort of federation that was positive appeared to her, as she reported.

A little while later for different reasons I remember seeing a fey looking type being that was transparent, I guess you could say holographic too, appear to me in the middle of a sidewalk outside, asking if I needed help (It was a difficult time). They looked like a dwarf, short stocky with a beard and all, but their skull had a weird shape, it was like it curved back into a boomerang? shape... It was clearly because of the bone and how their heads were formed, no hair on their heads at all. That's the only way I can describe it, lol.

Along with that I remember seeing holographic crop circles appear in the grass everywhere I went, and only I could see them. If I stepped into one, I believe I remember that it stabilized my energy quite a bit. I can only assume some benevolent force was interacting with my consciousness to make me and only me see these. So strange how our realities, even as we coexist together on this planet, can be so different, up to the point of the physical sight and touch. I could lean down and feel the grass cut from these 'crop circles' but nobody else around even saw them with their eyes.

Sometimes if I tune into the energy of the room around me I can see glimpses of orbs of light, but they never appear to me physically so to speak, like they used to (during the difficult time in my life).

Anyway, your experiences just reminded of that time.

Very interesting experiences for you though! It sounds like you're really connecting, wow. I am very excited for you. I wonder what that cat could mean... A spirit animal? Hmm. If you can help it, don't let the negativity bring you down, stay grounded, maybe play some positive frequency music to counteract the negativity ... I'm not really sure, though. You may already know what you can do for yourself and what the source of the negativity is by a large margin compared to what I could figure, lol, if you're progressing this far in your spirituality. @beverleypozo Hi Beverley, if I saw a blue cat like that wow, that would be magical.  I think it's there to maybe help cheer you up?  I'm sure it had some meaning. I have the ear ringing and buzzing a lot and I know many of us do.  I think it has to do with frequencies.   Tiredness, feeling down and not liking this world?   Yeah I can totally related.  I think most of us can at this time.  EA talks a lot about ascension symptoms and what and why were feeling different things.  I try and stay grounded and not pay much attention to the world out there too much. I have very strong feelings and feel extra sensitive to al the vibrations and frequencies around me and sometimes feel like I'm so wired I can't sleep either.  We gotta practice self care and try and relax and breathe and know that this is normal and it wont last forever. I try not to get caught up in these strong emotions I'm having, just observe them and accept them.  I try. Starting meditation is key for me and remembering to breathe. Orbs would be cool. I just got night vision goggles and have been capturing stuff in the skies.  I have never thought to try and use them in the dark in my apartment.  That idea kind of scares me though so maybe I'm not in a secure enough state to see anything in my apartment yet.    I always tell them I would like to see them and meet them, my guides, or galactic family etc, only of the highest light and love frequency, but to do it in a gentle graceful way, not to scare me.  Nice to meet you.

Hi Angie so great to hear you saw the same kind of hologram. 
It didn’t scare me in fact I felt it giving me a wonderful feeling it was so beautiful I didn’t want it to go!

it came when I was nursing my husband at home alone all through Covid.

He had developed Dementia,and was not sleeping, he didn’t know who I was and kept lashing out to hit and kick me.

I was literally at the end of my tether, exhausted from lack of sleep.

I believe it came to bring me a message of hope and to say I’m on the right path!

from that point i began to meditate more,and read and watch anything I could to help educate myself.

The orbs of light come every time I call on them. I use a nanny camera to see them and record the the huge orbs that communicate with me not in the spoken word but telepathically, I just know when they deliver answers and send gifts of what I’m in need of.

They always know what it is and it makes me smile it’s so wonderful.I always say Thank you!

I like you am trying to stay grounded and focused on the vibrations they send me.

I try not to let the worlds problems drag me down. I found watching sad news reels made me sink into a deeper depression.

when I take myself to a higher frequency I truly feel so much better.I don’t understand much but I trust I am in the best hands.

Sleepless nights,and ear buzzing feels so worth the annoyance knowing it’s for my good.

@beverleypozo Hi beverly I'm sorry I just read this.  Been so preoccupied.LMAO   How are you doing now?  That is so cool that you're seeing orbs.  I have yet to turn my night visions goggles into my apartment. A little too nervous about that just yet, I have taken many UFO videos outside my apartment complex thought the past two months.  I never really thought about inside my apartment.  I don't think I'm ready for that.  How is your husband now?  Yeah grounding, stability, balance and presence is called for for me I was guided about.  Hugs

Just saw this message for the belated reply sorry! My husband passed away a July 31 2022.

Its been since his passing i have been awaking and downloading at rapid speed.

I am more excited then in fear of them they give me such a nice feeling when they move through my home with rapid speed.

Yes i have a constant communication with light Orbs of which i can only see them through a nanny cam viewer and not with the naked eye. i installed the nanny cam when hubby was sent home into my care at home hospice. 

i have them saved on my phone and would be happy to allow anyone with interest view them.

I do feel very strongly that huge changes are happening as we speak i feel i find myself avoiding dark news on the TV.

Protecting and raising my vibrations as a daily 3 times building my Meditation pattern.

I can say i do trust The Sauce.
