I think the only thing EA channeled to do is turn off your phone because there will be some tones to activate nanoparticles. The one she was talking to said it's not a critical thing to be extremely worried about and to do whatever you decide is best. But when she rephrased it "if you were a human on planet earth right now, would you turn off your phone?" he said if it were me, yes I'd turn it off. Also, she said you can alternatively make the intention for protection around yourself and the people you care about.

@sslattery Thank you so much for the info. I had just been thinking I should place pyramids of protection around my boys, who would think I was crazy if I suggested they should turn off their phones because of dangerous frequencies being emitted. Much gratitude...

So, today, October 4th at 2PM EST we turn off our phone for two hours. Let's shield ourselves at 1.45PM  (and our loved ones) and connect our shield with all other starseed shields. 

2PM New York = 7PM London = 20.00 Paris
