Hi! I’ve been having back,leg, foot issues and I’ve never had a problem with them in the past. I’m in pain everyday now. I’ve had test and it’s in my L4,L5 and severe. I was wondering if this has to do with Ascension?
Absolutely possible. I was diagnosed with chronic ciatica 2021 always in pain.over the past year and half however pain free like it magically vanished
@joe-kain Did you do anything for it to vanish? It’s been a month for me and it hurts everyday. Any info would be very appreciative. Also, did you ascend and it went away or it went away and you ascended?
December 14th 2022 connected with source bright light filled my crown feeling of euphoria. That didn't totally get rid of it right away. January 5 2023 went to my best friends house once I got inside found him hanging down the hallway. Went through quite a bit till may I found frequency healing music,meditation. alot of that on YouTube.by August 8th when I reconnected ea on you tube for the lions gate portal. Mental health was good back was ok.now I feel I can recover from any obstacles in my path
I say reconnected because I was subscribed to ea on you tube since April 2024 I didn't realize then how much things eventually line up.
Also if frequency healing works you should be able to stretch your back. I also went to a chiropractor at one point it helped alittle but never seemed to totally cure it
Mostly the vertebrae squish the intervertebral disc causing the sponge like material to put pressure on the nerves. Why you have sharp stabbing fire sensation running up and down the right leg ,some people have it in both legs. I took gabepentin for a while it would ease some pain
@joe-kain thank you so much for all that information. My doc put me on the same medication but it makes me drowsy and I can’t see out of my 3rd eye as well. The medication makemy visions blurry. Im sorry to hear about your friend. I can’t imagine that pain you went through. Love and light to you brother. ✨✨✨
@foxyrach26 I do have nearly the same pains, left foot, heel, Achilles, calf, lower back. It comes and goes. I do blame the vax and me being too lazy to give myself true healings. Well yoga helps a lot. The next day the pain is gone. But it returns. I know i can give myself a kind of reiki but im procrastinating. Ill pm you a 5 minute yoga series that does wonders for the back. I should do some shadow work as well. No doctors for me, i trust the healing power of my body. Gabs definitely made me drowsy I was up to 3 a day till one day I stopped taking them. They tell you to ween yourself off
Along with the wonderful advice outlined above, I’d just like to add; please permit and implore that your higher self and guides do the energy work necessary to heal, quell, or alleviate any of the physical or physiological symptoms as I can virtually assure you it will work! They’re always eager on stand-by at the ready to do so, I’d even conjecture that sometimes it’s with feeling a great sense of frustration due to the universal laws of free will and non-interference, because it’s as though you’re running a relay race and they’re ready to do their part, but can’t do so until you’ve made the connection of slapping their hand or passing to them the baton! Because it’s difficult to ascertain whether or not we’ve allocated for that expressed consent and desire for assistance subconsciously, I always like to suggest that people explicitly ask and give that permission, whether out loud or psychically is the dealer’s choice!
I learned about this through the works of Dolores Cannon and I express so much appreciation and gratitude for her service to the collective, because even last night I was suffering great discomfort due to pressure around the crown of my head, and within moments of asking my guides if there was anything to be done to reduce the throbbing sensation I was already barely able to notice any pang that had previously been so blinding. Likewise, this happened last week while feeling unbearable indigestion and acid reflex due to the sudden, dramatic shifts in my diet and once again, it’s as though it poofed into the abyss.
