Just do them once. Maybe twice. If i need shielding i call them up with the word "shields up", or just "shields". Then you don't have to do the whole ritual because you automated it.
@marieguerdin11 We did. 👍 Yesterday, actually. We were both pretty clean already. Patrice just cleared her an hour before and Bri cleared me too before. We feel great at the moment. I’ve been invoking your method every day. Been asking for a lot of Pure White Light from Divine Source too. That’s been really powerful and I picked that up from you as well. I really have never felt this clear energy wise. Since the regression and now that I’ve been invoking additional protective measures like yours. Amy did it too, we both envisioned the Pyramid and the pure white light. I haven’t spoken to Amy today, I’d be curious how she’s doing with that? @amyelizabeth

@marieguerdin11 Thanks again. It’s been working great. 👍 Now that you mention it, Pyramids have been coming up a lot since our regression together. Not just in the protections and clearings. When Bri and I do our daily meditations we see our merkabahs as 2 pyramids. Opposing pyramids counter rotating towards each other with us in the middle. Our guides will tell us to get into our “light vehicles” for the energy work we do. They’re always reminding us to get into our Merkabahs, lol. Triangles as well. We see triangles in correlations to the type of scenario we are in. If we are receiving a download or guidance from our ET family it’s a triangle , upright with the point at the crown chakra, base at the throat chakra. If we are grounding it’s a triangle pointing down. The point at the root chakra the base at the crown chakra. Also, when channeling a triangle appears but it’s a triangle inside a triangle inside a triangle. Like a 3-6-9 configuration, 3 triangles, 6 in pair and 9 points. 🤷

So this is what I do, mostly daily, and it costs me about 3-5 minutes.
- Start meditation with breaths and sometimes with a series yoga poses
- Connect to Source, Akashic Grid, solar plexus, Earth center and again solar plexus chakra
- Let Source Light fill my body and aura, I have a Golden Fleece protecting my aura
- Cut all cords with my light sword, and refill cords with Source light.
- Shields up! and put on Invisibility Cloak
- St. Germain's Violet Flame to clean body and aura
- Activate Merkaba!
- Ask Elohim for clearing Karma, and heal physical, emotional and mental body
- Invoke Unconditional Love feelings, spreading to Humanity & Nature
- wishing for Gratitude, Unity, Peace, Freedom & Awakening
@lighthealer_arkie Wow, thanks Arkie. I’m going to try your light sword 🗡️ technique for cord cutting. I’m cutting cords for someone tonight actually. I’m like mid effort, taking a break for a couple. Divine timing that I read this now. Lol. 🤷 Stealing your shields up/invisibility cloak too. lol. I’m literally adding protections and tools ⚒️ and find great value in this discussion. I’m an energy worker at heart. My first set of abilities were healing and energy work. ❤️ I need to take notes 📝 into my next meditation 🧘♀️ with my twin. We’ve been working with our Merkabahs doing time line work or energy work on the different things and we are adding techniques all the time. I’m really motivated to get stronger in protections , going 🥷 stealth when needed and to get better at cord cutting. Been doing that a lot lately. Adding more to our invocation options is super beneficial too. We’ve been invoking Saint Germain for transmutation, the Arch Angels, Source and all that but I’ve never tried to call in the Elohim. 🤔 We’ll try that as well. It’s like 5d school every night for me and my twin. It’s been pretty awesome. Every day ….protections, meditation, merkabahs, off to wherever, do whatever, clearing, transmutation, healing, activations, channeling, cord cutting, chillin 😊 ❤️. Thanks again Arkie. @nickq1233 hi nick it's nice to collect all kinds of techniques here! Just take or pick what resonates. It's a different question when it comes to your loved ones, the unawakened. Because of the law of free will, i only ground them and place a bubble of white light. The rest has to be their choice. That's what i also do for the house, my pets, my car, my workplace, my neighborhood. I don't overrate protection, 'cause the minute i open my eyes and I'm talking to friends, or strangers... my aura opens to be able to feel. Maybe too much for a high sensitive person. 😉

now i think i invented something new. You know the headphones with ANC, noise canceling? Just found out they work wonderfully! I applied a similar technique to my shield. So, e.g. someone radiates hateful words and thoughts to me, what normally would make me emotional, sad, bad, depressed, or angry. Now i programmed my shield to transform these anger frequencies into neutral or even love. It can't be canceled out 100%, but reduced to 10% is okay to deal with. And it worked the last time I tried this shield! Felt like Buddha or Jesus: undisturbed and with just more confidence.
@lighthealer_arkie Nice Arkie. Like real time transmutation? Is your shield violet? I really like the intention behind your invocation. I used your shields up technique last night and I’ve tried your invisibility cloak as well. Has proven very useful evading targeting. Last night I felt like I needed to put up my shields and get through the night. Trying to keep my energy clean. I had some pretty nasty psychic attacks last week related to an attachment I had lifted. That was my last group meditation 🧘♀️ session. I’m going to lay low and do my own thing with my twin, Bri for a while. Keep us isolated from outside energies for a while. Allow the 10/10 portal and Solar eclipse to pass and for the energies to stabilize a little before we get back into group meditations and face the risk associated with others and their energies. Like you I’m targeted a ton and I’m kind of over picking up energies that are not mine to hold. The more information I can gain relating to protections is super helpful as I adapt and modify my protection methods to adapt to the growing risk of energy infiltration. Hopefully this information helps others on the forum as well. Protections are so so important to get right. As we transition and ascend into different energies I feel like our invocation methods can grow obsolete. Everything is in motion and I guess our protection methods have to match that fluidity. 🤷
@nickq1233 yes real time, and yes violet, in fact: body and aura violet, golden fleece, gold solid layer, blue light layer, and violet layer. From inside out. Every layer serves its purpose.
