Normally, during past life regression, the client’s Higher Self decides which past life show the client. I just did an interesting session where the client’s Higher Self showed him a menu of 5 different past lives on a crystal screen and let him pick the ones he wanted to explore.
He chose two, one where he was a very beautiful female opera singer in the 17th century in Milano, the other where he was an army medic helping wounded soldiers in a battle. His Higher Self then explained the lessons that he learned from them.

@robinrais I'd be interested in a past life regression, is it something that can only be done in person?
@robinrais I wondered if there was a way you could determine if the past lives were actually lived or imprinted ones? I've only recently learned about the imprinting of past lives concept & am curious about it. (I've never been regressed). In your experience, do you have a take on this?

I've never heard this. What do you mean by "imprinted" past lives?
@michael-in-nh Hey yeah so basically what EA found out was what you think are past lives you've actually LIVED might actually be lives "downloaded" -for lack of a better term- to you as a guide/cliff's notes to help you here on Earth. I'm sure I'm wording that terribly. EA does it so much better:

@quinn "Karma" extends "Collectively". As in Collective Consciousness. Gods #1 message to you all has ALWAYS been to "Think and act on behalf of your fellow man". On Earth there is really none of this expressed by humans. On this planet you have come into "Service to Self". And you call this "Survival" but it is global gluttony of you All consuming yourselves and your Reality.
This is also EXACTLY what you have done with all of your past lives.., you've only ever experienced Duality in your past lives. For We've been WATCHING you all - for 2 Billion years of Duality reincarnating itself hopelessly.

@quinn Greetings. The only way to tell if a particular past life shown was an imprint is by asking the client's Higher Self afterward. After doing so many sessions, the practitioner can get a feel for this. In terms of client's experience and affect, it makes no difference as the memories and experiences of all past lives, be it actual or imprinted, are all stored in the same place. The biggest difference is that the bad/negative actions in an imprinted past life do not create any karma for the client, which is a good thing!
