I personally have been feeling EXTREMELY energized.. mentally tired but energy is pulsating through me the last week or so. Feeling BIG shifts. Appreciate this video! My husband and I listened together and it was SO HELPFUL for us both to understand what we were going through. Everything made sense .. along with the retrograde, literally delaying us as we listened (major traffic delay) .. as soon as we clued in what was happening and why the delay literally ended that minute. Good reminder. Thank you, Elizabeth. My parents will visit me for a few days and they are soooo into all the (bad) news. At least they understand that I don‘t want them to tell me what awful things they saw and heard on tv anymore. We both accept and respect each others different oppinion in this. Yesterday I had to transfer the laundry and it was taking longer than usual so I felt helplessly stuck hearing huge fear inducing sensationalism about the future economy of Baltimore ( my Alpha Male’s choice of radio) If they only knew.
So I practiced building my golden bubble. Loud sound in itself is hard for me but I so easily could see these people talking were trained to give humans what they apparently love – sensationalism. But my bubble popped when I began to worry about my alpha male, afraid that he was damaging himself by not “Seeing” like I do.
But as soon as I observed my bubble fading with those thoughts I jumped back to the resonance I enjoy.
And at that moment without him even knowing I was in there, he walked in and changed it to the sweetest country song ever!!

Hey Elizabeth, I”m wanting to share this to people because I just found it two days ago. Ashayana Deane Angelic Realities survival handbook, Voyagers II are only two books by her, she has others and videos and things if you look her up but I found them for free on archive.org and on Rumble someon put up alot of her old workshops videos but anyway She is one of the three chosen ones in this time period to be a CDT speaker not sure if you know what that means but if you look at one of those books and fread the intro and about the author and the chapter headings you’ll get the drift of what’s in them, it’s unreal. The true history of the beginning of this universe and everything, the stored CDT plates on planet earth with all that knowledge that has been distorted and lost over eons and manipulated etc. She has the real shit in her stuff. It’s blowing me out of the water for real, like for real. People need to read these it tell you all, the real history . Jesus was a CDT speaker in his time along with two others. Three are choen throughout differen time periods to bring that knowledge to the world when the time is right like when certain stargates are open or soemething it’s complicated. But check it out for real, maybe you can share some of it or at least let others know. I can’t believe I found it. There’s 12 CDT plates that stored all information of this time matrix, from the beginning of this time matrix that started 950,000,000 years ago, the seedings on the planet I can’t even begin.
