I know I am late seeing this but, What is the difference between psychic attacks and bad dreams? I experieced this a lot as a child. I ask because I want to know if they are two different things or just a newer term for bad dream. I played in the cemetary next to our neighbor’s house when I was a kid, and I understand about attaching entities under age of 10. But, my Mom and Dad used to say it was because we grew up during a time (70’s 80’s and early 90’s) where we ate alot of red dye, and food preservatives, listened to rock music, watched scary movies before we slept at night. But, it gives appreciation to having very vivid dreams at night, and the reason they came on if it wasn’t my diet of fruit loops, doritos ,bagel bites back then. lol
Love how in sync this advice is with the shifting times right now. Intention + Action + Trust Answers (from source)/Trusting Self has changed my life! ❤️❤️❤️

About the bug out plan I actually was been thinking about that for a while and was wondering if EA had radio equipment so that if shit did hit the fan she could still broadcast and let us know what’s going on through the radio and we could pick it up like that but yes totally love the meditation idea also super cool
