If having an (or multiple) experience on Earth is a very valuable opportunity, and there's lines of souls that would like to incarnate on Earth, who decides who get's in and who doesn't (and when)? And why and how is that decided, what's the criteria? Do you get a number of lives you can have here?
And what will happen when the planet ascends, will there be (or is there) an equivalent planet where souls can have a similar experience to the low density and "amnesia" on earth so they can evolve as we do here?

@elise-2 Who? Would there be a person or entity, watching, controlling and taking decisions? If you have a handful of seeds, you don't ask who decides which of the seeds will grow out and which do not. But I think you want an insight in how the reincarnation process works. EA wanted to write a book about it, but got the download that humanity isn't ready for the information. What EA told us already that at the moment of possible incarnation, with all contracts ready to be signed, the collective of souls asks who wants to volunteer. The collective 'chooses' a soul. Or the soul 'chooses' a life to reincarnate. It's basically the same. Good question anyway, hope EA can tell us how this works in her always clear way.
