I recently overheard somebody say it take 1-2 moments to get traumatized and it shouldn't take 1-2 decades to heal the trauma. Traditionally PTSD used to be addressed via medications and traditional therapy with very little relief. Now a days there is a lot more information and modalities that help heal PTSD/trauma. Although we are making major breakthroughs, I wonder what the GFL has to say in regards to healing PTSD? What are some practical tools/techniques we can utilize that we aren't already to actually heal PTSD/severe trauma? Thank you!
@jessicafuentes1995 There is the 3D solution called EMDR, you can visit an official therapist. If you want to try the 5D approach, watch EA video on life hacking in June / July this year. Be sure when you return to the traumatic event to bring reassuring and loving, healing thoughts. Maybe you could do both methods.

EMDR works very well, it is not 5D, but is is VERY efficient!
