I have been having a scratchy throat which developed into a very strong cold. This, in turn, developed into what was probably bronchitis. The last time I had a cold was about 2018 or 2019. I have been hearing of friends having cold symptoms.
Granted this is the cold and flu season, but is something else going on?

@elise-2 There is no single answer to this. Possibly multiple causes. But you can try to clear your Throat chakra. Doing this very nice meditation, i loved it.

@elise-2 Same thing with my whole family. We were very sick the last few days.
