Always a Starseed?

Hi EA, I don't think I heard anything about that.

Once a being decides to become a Starseed (or volunteer or not) and gets on Earth, can he/she change his mind after a bad experience on Earth, so coming back, still wants to be on the planet but not as a Starseed? Is it something even possible maybe under some specific conditions?!?

It's a situation I encountered in a channeling I did recently, and I found it quite interesting.

I had an answer that I questioned, but the explanation came too fast that I wouldn't have had the time to come up with it.

Can you give your insight about it? What the GFL has to say about that kind of situation?

I'm very intrigued.
