Hi everyone!!
I was wondering if this is normal or if anyone else experienced something like this?

Have you ever gotten the spins while talking to your higher self, or praying or meditating?
I am new to all of this and I don't know how to quiet my mind and just see white. I see black and big flashes of light like bright lightening flashes. I tried mediating one time and I did get into a meditation but unfortunately it wasn't a very good experience. I essentially opened myself up without protection. I dealt with the consequences for quite sometime after.
So now I just pray to God, the white light, my higher self, my spirit guides, ArchAngel Michael and my guardian angels. I try to quiet my mind as much as possible I say my normal prayer of gratitude, & thanking for another beautiful day and our health, protection and guidance. Then I went into a deeper very repetitive prayer for my brother in-law who is a narcissist and treats my sister very poorly. I asked for help in enlightening him with the white light of god & helping him see how he treats her hurts and how his actions affect my sister and their young children and the tools to help him change his behavior towards her so they can co parent in harmony. I am trying not to be angry and confrontational with him as my sister feels safer for their young children for his time with them to be under her watch rather than out of her sight. I understand but very hard to witness. I am trying to stay in a higher frequency than for him to continue to be an energy sucker. Their relationship puts a lot of negative energy into our lives as I work so hard to build her back up all the time and he just breaks it down over and over and over. (back story incase this has anything to do with the spins and vision)
Anyway it was very intense. As I got into this deep prayer I started spinning. Spinning fast like when you are really drunk and you get the spins. I kept my eyes closed and prayed harder and saying the light is stronger than the dark. No dark energy is allowed near me or around my family or in my house and property. I was spinning hard & fast. I swear I heard something in my room and was just trying to ignore it. I was saying you don't scare I know the Light will PROTECT ME. Your not welcome here. In between my prayers of him and the strength for my sister and protection for her and the children. Then I got an vision (I usually get what looks like a image on a large tv sometimes just a picture and other times a small clip of something happening) the vision was located on my right front side it was what looked like a missile being sent from the sky to what looked like a desert with large sand dunes and hit the sand dunes and exploded. I was continuously spinning still and refusing to give into opening my eyes & repeating things like that light is stronger than the dark Please protect me and give me strength stuff like that and kept back to my prayer and then eventually I stopped spinning and thank the Light for getting me through and then opened my eyes.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Or read about something similar or any advice.

If connecting to the brother inlaw, you are feeling that negative energy that is with him. Cut cords with him sending love and light. When people are doing wrong they need to be called out on it also. Dont worry meditation and connecting gets better the mire you do it. Command your angels and guides on what to do. Thats why they are here for us. Try to remember to ask questions while in meditation. Feels like your connection is strong and it can make you feel this way. Remember to ground and cleanse your self with mother earth. Outside or in the shower. Put out the intention. This life style isnt all roses and sunshine. It will benefit you if you stick to it. Thank you so much for your time, energy and advice. It is greatly appreciated and I will look up some videos now on how best to do that. What’s weird that 2 YouTube videos I watched today had to do with pyramids and showed them which was totally unexpected giving the title of the videos. I first described them to my mom the day after and said they were tall like mountains but made of sand. And she said like dunes and I said yes I guess. So that’s what I went with to describe it. Pyramids didn’t even dawn on me until I saw them today. In my vision it wasn’t a close up and when it hit it was a big blast and I just kept praying.
I do want to add as I was beginning to type about the pyramids I got a medium sound tone in my left ear and then a frequency background sound. Pretty cool but I feel like I still can’t distinguish the yes and no of hearing from my right or left ear when I get those tones. Is there a certain side for yes or no answers?
So if anyone has been following this post or just now reading this please share your feeling or if you had a similar experience or any advice.
I told my sister today about my experience from when I was praying for her husband. She stopped me when I told her about the pyramids, and said that’s so weird you know he has tattoos about Egypt right? I was like nooooo! Apparently he has a good section of a sleeve dedicated to King Tut and Egyptian writing and pyramids. 🤯 I told her I think it might have helped a little he was very nice and complimenting my efforts to help them from the previous weekend (which he outwardly ignored for the 10 hours I was there the previous Saturday to reorganize and setup and unpack 2 rooms from them moving almost a year prior that my sister hasn’t had the time to do.)
My sister said he woke up very sick the next morning (Friday) and actually threw up. He’s been off since then and even threw up yesterday morning. Mind blown again. Because I prayed hard for him at about 1am Monday morning but didn’t get the spins from it. (So both times with a very separate intentional prayer he got sick that following morning)
- I think the 3 videos I watched that had unbeknownst to me had the pyramids in it Sunday was a sign lol and then the tone & frequency noise I got when I was beginning to type it in the message back to @travistomasovich was a hit on I’m on the right track.
- My 2 questions are,
- 1. Symbolically does that mean I broke through to him with that vision? That I went through some type of barrier?
- 2. Did I accidentally send negative energy because I was trying to be strong during the spins, I didn’t want him to get sick from it.
