Rain floods on Spain

good questions! I live 2 hours away from the disaster and it certainly is much worse than we still know, it seems to have sparked/awaken a lot of people in to questioning politicians and the royal family (service to self).

It is wonderful to see how thousands of citizens of all over europe are there helping. (service to others).

It also reminds me a bit of the disaster in Hawaii of how the government officials where turning down help from people and organizations. Help from El Salvador, Morrocco, France, Portugal has been rejected, and even help from the different areas of Spain, like the firemen from Bilbao. A group of french firemen made it to some of the affected towns and where shocked to see they where the first to arrive after 3 days of the disaster.

A record high of 630 litres per m2 in 24 hrs caused all that water to rush down towards the sea, was it natural or 'man' made, I do not know. But they could have alerted way earlier in the day.

Emergency alerts where sent at around 8pm when the streams had already overflowed making it too late for many who where already trapped in their cars.

Spanish military are being deployed very slowly, first 500 then 2000, but there are more than 300thousand willing to help.

@lighthealer_arkie Good question.  In answer to your question, no, I do not live in Spain.  But I do live in central Florida where we recently at least one and probably two weather manipulated hurricanes.  Are the floods in Spain weather manipulation or natural?  Can be hard to tell.  I would love to hear from both Elizabeth and from the Galactic Federation.
