Questions About Vibrational Navigation
Can any of you cancel out specific sounds or things you feel, see, taste, or smell?
I am actually finding this practice more overwhelming. lol I feel more like I'm trying to control things which creates more tension in my body and mind. I think the general message is to get really present, engage all your 5 senses and to energetically and physically move towards the reality I want. Which I completely agree with. But I was surprised when EA said she could subtract and add sounds.
I was just wondering if any of you have been able to experience actually being able to control what you hear or don't hear, smell, taste, touch, or see?
I once remember feeling I could control the wind, clouds, and rain... just by my focus and experiencing the weather/Mother Earth responding to my desire and focus. Maybe it's kind of like that?
What Kinetic (sp?) said in a recent transmission deeply resonated with me, " It isn't about changing or controlling the state of reality in its material form. It's about changing your perception of reality through harnessing the frequency of observation. Then and only then will the material function of your reality change, both individually and collectively."
I feel I was born into this frequency of observation. It's what has always come naturally to me and that's when I feel most peaceful, grounded and focused. Through acceptance and observation for me personally is what helps me feel more grounded and peaceful.
I did resonate with what EA said about identifying all the disharmonies in your life and purging, cleansing and neutralizing them... Basically, always doing the work of closing the gap and aligning with the always-growing highest version of yourself and neatly tying off any loose ends.
Always doing the inner and physical work of organizing your inner and outer environment which brings about calm, centeredness, and peace. That's what works for me. For me it is about allowing, accepting and observing, and that's what creates transformation.
