Can anybody share any tips on knowing how to protect yourself when it comes to people, entities, etc following you back home when you're remote viewing and or astral projecting? Although those are slightly different, i'd imagine that someone following your footsteps back to where you came from is still accessible!
From what I know, i'm sure one, two or a few good ways to combat this is to definitely not come "directly back"! Be aware while you're "out and about" and sort of keep a commanding energetic frame when it comes to not (energetically) allowing people/things to pay you a visit. But of course... in this space, there's always loop holes.... any thoughts, suggestions, comments?

@ninetysixlove Yeah next to good shielding, using an invisibility cloak, and "jumping" to various locations before returning home, i came up with "jumping" to various time stamps, to finally return to the Here and Now. Hope that's enough, but I'm certainly not sure. At least you can perform a cleaning ritual after returning.
