Ahh! I needed this so much! My lil BooBoo 1st and only pet of 12.5 yrs. crossed over 1.10. That call made me bawl 😭 but received the message & then some from everything else in this session. I’m grateful that I’ve been able to connect with her by feeling her energy and playing with her through the snap chat filter which is super trippy but fills my heart up so much!

You are teaching this 67 year old. Alot of garbage at this age. I have let go of the past. I am trying to get my daughters to learn this. Boy it is difficult with so many stubborn people around you all the time. I have not been able to open third eye or to have an otb experience. I am blocked and cannot figure out why. This hit deep for me. My name Francesca -means “to be free”. I am forever striving for freedom in all aspects. As a single mum, who’s also an entrepreneur, I struggle to find balance & freedom along with maintaining my responsibilities. Sometimes I feel my wings are clipped & I am trapped & suffocating- it’s rough. How do I honor fulfilling my mission while still being fully present as a mum? I will never abandon my child but the inability to fully move thru life at liberty- challenges me to find little window pockets of freedom to dance in. This coaching call def hit home. 💛

I love when the animals and dogs are channeled, it helps me so much as my dog Pirate almost died in Jan and I know we must have spent many lifetimes together and I cant imagine life without him. We have gone through many challenging times together but this traumatic experience has been almost too much for me to handle

I’m also in the middle of big changes. After over a year of being in my umpteenth and biggest burnout, I had to let go of so much during this time. And it was all stress-related things that I didn’t even know were causing me stress. Burnout is the perfect time to reprogram yourself, if that isn’t already the purpose of burnouts in general 😉
“I don’t HAVE to do ANYTHING” is a great lesson for me personally. And “I am who I am and that is enough” is a very simple but powerful affirmation I say daily to help me stay patient (not my strong point ;)). Right now I just don’t know what to do or what my life’s purpose exactly is, and I’ve now accepted that that’s completely okay. I decided to step out of the loud screaming directions of my head giving me and found the way, and follow the soft whispers to my heart, going with it in whatever direction it will take me. Now I only do things I’m passionate about and just see what and where it will bring me. That’s enough. I don’t have to worry about the outcome, I completely trust that I will be taken care of and provided with everything I need along the way, wherever that may be 🌬🤸🏻♀️❤
