The conversation with David really resonated with me!! The body pains and your explanation made so much sense. I’ve been plagued since my late twenties with various issues, mostly digestive, so bad I had half my colon removed at 42. Joint pains, shoulder surgery, neck pain, 3 trigger finger surgeries the list goes on. I’ve been active my whole life, it’s very difficult mentally to be stuck in a body that’s in pain all the time and not be able to do the things I love. I’ve recently started sketching and trying to get out of my head, it’s scary in there. Lol
