do not fit in, do not belong and am very much in the “what the actual fuck am I doing here” energy.
I’ve always battled depression and anxiety however, this past year death is all I think about (also lost my uncle mom and grandpa in under 9m.
I don’t think I want to die but as your content as mentioned and helped me not feel so alone, it really feels like the only thing that makes sense. & I KNOW thats insane thoughts to think.

Thank you Elizabeth. I resonated so much with each of the calls today and especially the aspect of spending time focusing on spirituality and then being in the matrix.
Because when I look back on this lifetime there has been times when I felt I had forgotten or lost my path and then I would give myself a had time for not staying focused more on my spirituality. But now I see sometimes to get through it all you have to do what is in front of you and the balance is a seesaw.
All aspects of life is a growing lesson.
