What happened to the free 30 min EA reading drawing in September for Creator members?
@michael-in-nh Due to the numerous glitches we’ve encountered, the team needs to prioritize the latter part of September. As a result, we have skipped the September 30-minute session, but the October session has already been posted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
@lynp-2 so creator members aren't getting the main service that they paid for that month then? There should at the least be a double drawing in October to compinsate.
It's not fair to be deprived of a promised benift.
