Why Is the GFL called The "GALACTIC" Federation if the GFL is UNIVERSAL, ie. not the federation of the Milky Way?
My Question is, is the GFL the governing political body of the Milky Way, and, if not, then why is it called the GALACTIC federation, instead of the UFL (Universal Federation Of Light) Or the CFL (Cosmic Federation Of Light)?
Where Is The GFL Based In? We know they have ships in a lot of places, but where are the headquarters? Even the United Nations, although is it global, as HQ in New York City.
Above all, a question I'm curious if the GFL is the "main" governing body of the universe, if it's the "United Nations" of the cosmos, or again, if it just pertains to the Milky Way. Is there a smaller political body that governs just the Milky Way? Do other galaxies have their own political bodies? If the universe is "global", then does each galaxy act as a "country" or province, politically? And if so, where does the GFL fit into this entire picture?
I apologise if the questions are all over the place but beyond EA saying that the GLF was made early in the universe to "balance" those entities who did not follow the laws of the universe, not much has been said about the cosmo-political state of the universe, various NHOs (non-human organizations), and their relation and status amongst each other.
I would appreciate EA to no end if she could answer these questions. Thank you!
@zariyah Thank you for asking. Definitely interesting points. I liked how you talked about the Galactic Federation compared to the United Nations. If Elizabeth picks this, it will be interesting to see what she has to say and what the Galactic Federation has to say.
