What is GFL government/civilization model?

Since you had mentioned that it isn't up to the GFL to fight our battles to defeat the shadow government, would you please ask them a more direct question to help in our 5D approach to defeat them.

Would you please ask them to describe their existing civilization & government model that we can use to replace the existing model? 

Instead of debating on what the model should be, we can all focus our intentions on this proven, fair working model.  Hopefully they are willing to share the model and help us speed up the ascension process.
