What is Galactic Law and a Galactic Court

I would like to ask the GFL what is Galactic Law and how is it different to our laws?

And I would like to ask the GFL what is a Galactic Court and how is it different to our court?

Specifically, where does Galactic Law "stand" on the laws given to us in "the 10 Commandments"

1. You shall not Kill
2. You shall not Steal
3. You shall not bear false witness
4. You shall not commit adultery
5. You shall not covert your neighbour’s goods
6. You shall not covert your neighbour’s wife.
7. You shall Honor your Father and your Mother
8. You shall Keep the Lords Day Holy
9. You shall not take your Gods name in Vain
10. You shall not have other gods
