I watched a video channelled message from Seraphelle of Atlantis, recently, (I would like to know more about her story too) she said she now lives in Inner Earth, and she says that Inner Earth is not beneath our feet (“even this is a wrong perspective as we are not beneath your feet, Inner Earth exists and thrives in a different fractal dimension of time and space than you on the surface in your current physical bodies, you can access these planes though a number of ways, although we wouldn’t recommend you attempting to, in your current physical one”)
I would like to ask the GFL what and where is Inner Earth exactly?
Who lives there?
Do the Reptilians exist there too?

99% of the various populations exist UNDER the Surface.
1% exists on the very thin surface skin of the planet.
Pretty much "everywhere" under the entire surface skin is 10 miles of Deep Underground Military Base.
The Vast majority of these bases were constructed in the last 200 years. As Uniform German Engineering - A Global Platform for Ascension.

@wayneroughan Definitely intriguing. I had always thought Inner Earth was basically how it is described - in the inner parts of Earth. But you raise questions. I would love for the Galactic Federation to answer your questions. Also, I hope it is okay to mention others that I like and follow. Dr. Michael Salla has quite an array of youtube videos. If I remember correctly, some may involve Inner Earth. Plus, he has videos with JP with the US Army who goes on secret missions. If I remember correctly, JP (not his real name) might have traveled to Inner Earth (with the assistance of certain beings). Anyway, I am not trying to promote him; I am just saying he has interesting videos which may include Inner Earth. However, your questions still need to be answered. Thank you for asking.
Thank you elise, I think Seraphelle of Atlantis has an interesting story too (currently living in Inner Earth) she saw the rise and fall of Atlantis, she also said there isn't a separation to Source that we have on the surface in Inner Earth. (all interesting … BTW my thumb up button is not working for me for some reason at the moment)
