What frequency (hurtz) should we be aiming for to ascend?

So grateful to be apart of such an awesome tribe 💖

After listening to the message from Kinnetic the other day, I was wondering if there is a specific frequency (number) we need humanity to shift to for the new earth? Or Is there a specific Hrtz?
How can we add more of that specific frequency and energy around us in our every day to day interactions with all people, places, things and animals 

I even heard clothes have a frequency and food does as well and so on.

I wonder what level should we all be aiming for to ascend 🙏
