Can you tell us about voice-to-skull (V2K) technology? My understanding is that They can completely surveil and control someone using directed neuro weapons. There is a YouTuber psychic who's been sharing that it's been happening to her for a couple years now. I believe her. How does it work? Is there a way that a Targeted Individual can protect or free themselves from this?
