The WHO Pandemic Treaty

Does the GFL see if the World Health Organization is going to be successful at implementing their plans for a Pandemic Treaty that gives them absolute control over the laws and people in Canada, the U.S. and there rest of the world? Mandatory lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations, what medicines can be administered in countries etc etc etc.
