The mark of the beast

The WHO is planning moves for the next global pandemic and designing a luciferase mark (shows under light) that has been patented by U.S. to distinguish human from AI, along with health immunizations and “codes”. Biden administration is trying to hand over all pandemic power to the WHO. How far does this agenda come to fruition? Can we use intention to block this or will there be alternatives to navigate this? Does it look like the Bible - no sale of food without the mark, or is it that they just want us to think that, and therefor create it into reality?
