Higher frequency beings communicate telepathically. Are there specific recommendations from them on how we can practice communicating now so we are more prepared for 5D?

Daily updates and downloads are channeled on the YouTube channel called "The truth can change you" from Ashtar, Father Absolute, Sirians, the Pleiadians, GF and more. So many of the messages from them are parallel to all the things EA talks about. Anyone who resonates with this should look it up for more info between Elizabeth's Mondays! I love EA! XO jill
