Taking Down ET Spacecraft

I’m curious about the stories I’m hearing on GAIA and other places that tell of some earthly black ops group and/or the military industrial complex using humans with psionic abilities to take down ET spacecraft for the purpose of back engineering such craft. It wouldn’t surprise me that they would be doing that but what does the GFL have to share about this, if anything? I thought the ETs were far advanced from us technologically and am wondering how it’s possible that humans could even do this. Is it really happening?
