What is the best form of sound healing for us to learn to heal the body? Which frequencies are the most beneficial. E.g 432hz, 528hz, 111hz, 45hz, solfeggio, planet frequencies, something else? Thank you so much 🙂
I have used different tuning forks for helping my physical, mental and emotion healing. 528 hz for the chakras, 128 hz is the perfect fifth and is great for healing. The C and the G when placed on opposite ears creates 128 hz (difference) between them.. Very relaxing and healing. The Otto 128 hz is a weighted fork used for bones (but never on bones that have fractures.. Sometimes I go through the entire Solfeggio forks over my entire body.. great feeling..
There is no better form, the best form is the one you need. I would recommend connecting to a sound healer with proper equipement. Shamanic drumming can be super effective too.
