Soul contracts and the new world

Apologies but my brain doesn't know how to word this right so bare with me. Lol. 

With soul contracts currently, I really liked your video about the reptilian reincarnation trauma trap.

How will soul contracts play out? What will happen to the reptilians after the New world is in full swing what would soul contracts look like then? If we don't fulfil our soul contract in say this lifetime now would we be bound by soul contracts in the new world and would we have the opportunity to heal past life wounds in the new world or would we be held back in a lower dimensional reality because the reptilians kept our souls in that reincarnation cycle.
