Hello! This question is borrowed from my friend (with permission, of course) who moved to Omaha in 2023. Does anyone else who lives there know about this? Or we could vote to ask the GFL 🙋♀️

If you take a look at the radar, you can actually spot unusual gaps or circles that seem to skirt around Omaha entirely.

People who have lived here awhile have taken to joking that the military is “securing the Omaha dome.” But could there be more to this than just a punchline? Some people speculate that the base serves as a secure location for the president, suggesting that it may play a role in controlling the weather to ensure safe landings.
Is it possible that there’s a hidden agenda at play, manipulating weather patterns for strategic purposes? What do you think? Are these just coincidences, or is there something more sinister happening above our heads?”
@sandysewell Yes this is a nice question for the GFL. Why call it sinister and link it to the military base btw? Maybe it's positive and they just choose the right spot. Or someone like us lives there, and protects his area with a field. I wrote earlier about a device that can keep away storms and make crop harvests bigger. Let's find out asking the gfl.

Oops sorry this not the right topic link, it comes very close but it was actually about electro culture. There's a free version with copper wires and an "expensive" one (about 10k $) for a large area. I will post it here as soon as I found it. But you got the idea of a positive reason.

The device is called DPE, Defense for Planet Earth.
Besides that, I do believe we can create (and maintain) a protective sphere around our house made of Light, with the same properties as you wish. But that's another topic.
