On platforms like X or Instagram, I often see people talking about a huge shift into 5D, saying that if you don’t “do the work,” you won’t make it. They say you’ll end up stuck on some outdated version of Earth, kind of doomed. And if you haven’t already reached a certain level of spiritual growth, you have no chance anymore. Every time I read posts like this, it absolutely terrifies me. I start questioning everything about my journey—what if I don’t make it? How do I even know if I’m doing enough? These thoughts leave me feeling so stressed and anxious. I’ve always felt like these shifts are slow and gradual, like baby steps. What if I’m not evolving fast enough? It’s so confusing and makes me feel a little lost
my questions are:
1. how do I know am doing enough? purging the karma, learning my lessons, should we constantly worry? I do, it's terrifying me. How do we measure progress in higher dimensional context, in evolution of our journey? Is there a definitive threshold for spiritual growth, or is ascension a continuous process that adapts to where we are on our journey?
2. what is the nature of these shifts? Online, I often see people claiming that Earth is undergoing a spontaneous shift, dividing into two realities like mitosis—one remaining in 3D/4D and the other ascending to 5D. They say if you haven’t done “the work” or have avoided it, you’ll be left behind in the lower-dimensional reality and suffer (very importantly, suffer). This idea fills me with anxiety and fear so muuchhhhh—how do I know I’m doing enough? I don’t want to end up stuck in 3D/4D. (Option A). At the same time, I feel deep down that the shift isn’t sudden or divisive, but rather a gradual process. Earth seems to be slowly cleansing lower vibrations and rising into higher ones—a transformation that could take years, decades, or even longer. (Option B) This perspective feels much more natural and aligns with what I sense intuitively. Still, the constant posts on various platforms terrify me and leave me doubting everything. If we’re engaging with Miss EA’s platform and doing the inner work—reflecting on our shadow selves—can that be a sign we’re on the right path? Can simply being present and a part of Miss EA platform offer reassurance? I’m caught between these two conflicting ideas D: Could the idea of 3D/4D and 5D Earths (Option A, mitosis) represent different states of consciousness rather than physical realities? I mean.. we as a collective are very varied, some are living in 4D while others experience a 3d reality and others are beyond 5d, is the world going to stay this way? Are they truly “left behind,” or do they continue their journey in a way that’s perfect for their soul’s evolution? Which leads to the question what's the true meaning of living from a 5D consciousness?
3. Is ascension a collective or individual journey? - Are we all interconnected in this process, or is it entirely personal? How much does our work contribute to the collective shift, and vice versa? on online platforms I tend to see a lot of conflicting ideas in-between ascension happens for each individual, and ascension happens for an entire group or collective of individuals if they reached a certain understanding and shadow work cleaning, I personally feel stuck in-between these ideas, which one is the truest?
4. How do we stay balanced in a world of fear-driven narratives? -What strategies can help us remain calm and centered when exposed to anxiety-inducing posts or ideas? While not knowing the true meaning behind D;
5. Is fear of being “left behind” a test in itself? Could overcoming this fear be a crucial part of the ascension process?
@23 First, to reassure you: you are here asking these questions, that proves you're in 5D already. And you've read EAs book. So you are totally OK. Your questions will be answered in detail later but remember: you are here so you are safe.

Just ASSUME that you are doing enough. Trust that your spirit guide team leads you to play out some challenges, which will finally clear your kharma load for not only this life, but all previous lives. There is no threshold! You will never be only in 5D. You will be switching because you want to feel 3D also, to remeber where you came from.

Do not let others talk fear into you! No one is "left behind" only they are not (yet) ascended. Everyone who live their lives on autopilot and never question anything... is 3D imo. You on the other hand - and we on this Forum all - are 3D/5D. Yes sometimes we live on autopilot, to earn money, to do shopping to make food etc. Consider that 5D is not only meditational state or something. I only meditate 5 minutes a day. 5D is living in a flow, while reading a book and getting sucked in, listening to good music and forgetting the time, performing a yoga routine without thinking only concentrating on your breath and your CHI, yes even netflixing is considered 5D. And hanging on EA's lips listening to a GFL summit. All 5D.
4D is the dream world, ghosts etc but also psychic attacks sometimes. We go there in our sleep, even the 3D people.

It is both collective and individual. But you shouldn't have to make this division. You ARE the collective as that is a mirror of your inner life. We are Unity. We are all an aspect of the whole. So the more you ascend, the more the collective will. That why they said in the sixties "improve the world, start with yourself". Just do your own shadow work, and if you dont, dont worry. You do it later whenever it becomes necessary. Trust the process.
Best strategy i apply is not watch the news, or, watch the news and assume that the opposite is true. One thing for sure: they always try to trigger fear. Knowing this, use the news channel to send reassuring thoughts, via the news channel to the people watching it. Also never trust ppl, even channelers, who try to spread fear. At least question everything. Even channelers are human, with their own set of filters and preferences. Yes i trust only goddess EA, but about everything she tells, i always use my own discernment. Some things i "know" better, like health issues, but hey that's my specialty.

We are here to change the 3D system, or help change it. Beginning with our selves 😉 Let me quote Steve Nobel, I received this message just today.

Despite more money being poured into systems such as healthcare, police, military and so on the stated problems they seek to solve do not improve or diminish.

The police and military need crimes/problems to chase/neutralise otherwise they would not exist. They do not need harmonious communities.
Humanity needs a shift in consciousness, it does not need more drugs, more police, more cameras, more investment in arms, more cyber security.
What is needed is not another fight, whether that be against germs or terrorists. What is needed is the creation of a new paradigm, a new environment, a new matrix where 3D problems are not able to survive vibrationally.

So ppl asked "how to change the matrix?" and this was my response:
How do we do it? Change the system from within. Go into meditation and fantasize your new reality. Focus on what you want it to be. Only trust, only love, interconnected in unity so that we only want good for the other person. Because the other is you. Create feelings of peace, try to really feel peace inside. As if this ideal world already exists. If you managed to create the emotion, it will radiate into the 3D world.
