Past Life Emotions

What is some advice on how to deal with past life emotions/energies without having to go through a past life regression? I journal, clear my energy, set out intentions to heal these aspects of myself, meditate and visualize integrating and sending love to those energies, etc… but I still have physical issues which I deeply believe stems from past life emotions. What would you suggest?
