I feel like the last I heard was that the beginning of Open Contact is likely to be in 2025 or 2026. At least the initial stages and the negotiations for regular contact.

By the way, Bashar, through Darryl Anka, has said there is supposed to be an event in, I think, 2025 that will leave no doubt about the existence of extraterrestrials. It would be interesting if the Galactic Federation would have anything to add about that. Anyway, thank you for your question.
