Lucid Dreaming, & Astral Travel can they overlap in one experience?

Hello Lovely Lady! I have been working on the whole Lucid Dreaming & Astral Travel thing for about a year. I think I had a crossover experience between the two. I felt myself come out of my body (Astral Travel) and I started flying and I could tell I was somewhere that was not my home and town and the fact that it was a colorful environment (More Lucid Dream).
