Lack of sunlight advice
I know I've asked this question before, and if the question has already been answered then PLEASE let me know.
I know EA has asked the GFL about chemtrails, but from what I've watched it's only talked about the toxic chemicals being released. I am trying to find out what happens with the lack of sunlight? I mean, I know what happens, and it's not good, but there are solutions for detoxing from the chemicals, but what about solutions for not getting enough sunlight? I feel like it's already starting to mess with my mental state and I think this summer is going to be worse than last. I would just appreciate the GFL's take on this. Is red light therapy a good replacement? Or any other technology we already have? Should I go back in a tanning booth??
Lots of love,
Rachel
- great question!
Hi Rachel!
The use of sun Vítamín supplement like vítamín D is highly recommanded in northern countries because of the extreme lack of sunlight we experience during winter time. But today unfortunatly so many people over the globe suffer of lack of vítamín D even if they live under the sun because of the over use of sunblockers and life styles. Hope it helps reboost your Body until you get the GFL answering you 🙏🏽✨💛☀️
Hi Rachel, I lived in Alaska for over 40 years. My doctor checked for Vitamin D levels in blood tests. I had to take the supplement but what helped me the most was a SAD light (seasonal affective disorder). I am now retired to the low desert of Arizona and no longer require vitamin D supplement or the special light box. I also changed my skin products. The chemical based sunscreens cause cancer. I use zinc oxide based sunscreens. Also organic natural oils that provide protection. The best is natural vitamin d from the sun. I am an avid hiker so I get plenty of sunlight now. I do wear a hat but no sunglasses.
Hello Sonja,
Please would you mind sharing which oils you are using it would be great! 😊
thank you so much 🙏🏽✨☀️
@sonjahuffman239 thank you for that response! I don't why I didn't get a notification. And yes, the whole sunscreen thing upset me a lot when I learned about that years ago 🙁 Even though I knew watching the sunrise and sunset also helps, I recently saw that even if it's cloudy to still go outside because I can still get benefits, and I didn't bother trying before so I'm going to now.
@bela Thank you for your comment! And I know you asked your question to Sonja but I'll give you these graphics, but still use your discernment and research 😅 aaaand it looks like I can only upload one file at a time, so there's more...
@bela this one and the next 2 are from a FB group I'm in, and they said their source for this was www.ouroilyhouse.com/diy-all-natural-sunscreen-recipe/
I'll also mention I have seen more simple recipes, but I do see the benefit of making this. I also started wearing light colored linen clothing if I'm going to be outside for a long time, like at the beach, and I'm actually cooler than when I wear a swimsuit or shorts (I now know why this is but at first didn't understand it). And of course, I don't wear anything when going outside for a short time.
@bela I use natural organic raw coconut oil which has a natural15 spf and organic carrot seed oil which has a 30 spf. But be careful with carrot seed oil it can stain furniture etc. I mostly use the coconut oil. On my face and neck I often use zinc oxide that has a 50 spf because I am outside so much.
