I recently heard that the jellyfish like crafts seen and captured on video are surveillance crafts of the GFL.
If this is accurate, how long have they been doing surveillance? What do they watch? Could they provide an example of something they have discovered of worthwhile importance? Are there several? Are they cloaked most of the time? Why the design of the craft? Are world governments aware of their presence and purpose?

I'm pretty sure GFL surveillance of Earthly triumphs and shenanigans is via each one of us. I remember checking in with beings (perhaps a council, dunno) recapping the day, week, etc prior to my dream state. I'm probably not supposed to remember that but I do and I welcome it.
