Is the story of Lacerta correct?

The universe has sent me to a video on YouTube, by a man that has disappeared. It was an interview with a somewhat non hostile Reptilian named Lacerta. Is the knowledge in this video correct? She talks about the development of the first war and of 27 sub species of Reptilian origins but only 3 survived the cataclysm of a nuclear bomb. She claims that her ancestors had found the knowledge about 16000 years ago. She doesn’t seem very pleased with us and was studying mankind.
