Is the Prophecy Planet prediction fulfilled when we ascend to 5D?

I would like to ask the GFL is the Prophecy Planet prediction for Planet Earth Humans fulfilled when we ascend to 5D?

Or are there more ladders then yet to climb? 

Could we have to get to then higher dimensions before that happens?
